I have one last little print up my sleeve!
Meet’ Tinker and Belle’…
I’ve been saving a little bonus extra for when I was back in my studio after a break. I’m hoping Tinker and Belle are a whiskery August treat in your inbox this evening. The pair of them together made me smile and I really hope you like them.
I have just added this limited edition to my website so you can order here. As before - the illustration is beautifully printed on watercolour paper, signed and numbered. I’ve also made a little video of them so you can see them clearly - I couldn’t resist as the light in my studio is so lovely today!
The original drawing was made on thick paper with a mix of Staedtler and Faber-Castell pencil crayons. I sketched the dogs first, very loosely on my favourite 7H pencil before going over it in Palomino Blackwing pencil. The fine details are drawn with a Staedtler pigment liner and a dip pen and ink.
As with the other recently released prints - please do be quick if you’d like one. I know many of you missed one in my 30 Prints - 30 Days project, I’m so sorry!

The good news is that as well as my recent releases, I do also have a core collection of limited edition prints…here are a few but please click the button below to see them all!
I’ll be in touch later this week with a new post about how my career as an illustrator began so please do stay tuned if you’d like to know more about my work.
Love, Catherine x
Love them!
I have a question about framing. I have purchased two of your prints for my granddaughter and I am struggling to figure out how to frame them. I live in the US and the size of the prints doesn’t fit any standard US frame. Do you happen to know of an online frame company that would have frames to fit your prints?
Hey hey - I started a course with the Good Ship Illustration crew last week and saw your studio tour video as part of it. At that point I realized I'd seen these bristle brush dogs on Substack. Thanks so much for that video and insights. It was a great tour thru your evolution as an illustrator. And, now I own several of your books. :)
