Someone looks very happy!!! Congratulations. A book is alot of work. :) I love the idea of a ant on paper. What if the ant lived in a hard, complicated situation with all of it's huge ant family? It was an odd looking ant so the other ants messed with it. That would create loads who I'm sure could relate. Surprising everyone though, it grew wings to fly off of the paper! It kept flying into a world of pure fun, imagination and best of all freedom! You could call it the Freedom Ant! It could help little kids know not to give up, even if they're different from others, etc. That they too may grow wings when old enough, etc. and fly to their freedom.

Congratulations! I can’t draw but I do motion capture animation and I definitely understand wanting a next project to have 1 character and no landscape :D I love your drawings. They have so much life!

I absolutely adore Otto and I am thrilled. The book came out today. I did pre-order and am patiently waiting for my delivery in the USA. I am sure it will take a bit of

time to arrive. FYI I ordered it’s for me. All the little ones (and some adult pup fans I know) I will share it with. But I’m going to be very selfish and keep it for myself since Otto stole my heart. I had to whisper that last sentence because my three little ones just might get jealous.😂

Congratulations to you and Otto! Yes to the single ant and to reading more about the book process. I keep thinking Cooper (my wire fox) would be primed for a book about himself!

I can't imagine the amount of time and work it took for you to imagine and bring to life all nine characters indeed, Catherine...but what a success! Only you can portray dogs in such a unique way, with that special spark in the eye that makes our human hearts absolutely melt. Many many congratulations to you and your little Otto on the publication of this beautiful book!

Congratulations! My English granny had a dachshund like Otto. His name was Atom because he was very small compared to her Great Dane named Sport. I had a red dachshund named Sammy. Best breed ever! Can't wait to buy your book.

They’re wonderful little pups, and great watchdogs, but

need reasonable T L C, to keep their vulnerable little spine from being injured, over time, from excessive jumping up, or down, which requires fairly expensive surgery.
